{"id":906,"date":"2018-04-03T09:08:42","date_gmt":"2018-04-03T09:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psicologiacolmenar.es\/psicologo\/?p=906"},"modified":"2018-10-04T09:24:28","modified_gmt":"2018-10-04T09:24:28","slug":"relajacion-muscular-progresiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicologiacolmenar.es\/psicologo\/relajacion-muscular-progresiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Relajaci\u00f3n muscular progresiva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La relajaci\u00f3n muscular progresiva (RMP) es una t\u00e9cnica de relajaci\u00f3n profunda que se ha utilizado eficazmente para controlar el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad, aliviar el insomnio y reducir los s\u00edntomas de ciertos tipos de dolor cr\u00f3nico.<br \/>\nLa RMP consiste simplemente en tensar o contraer distintos grupos muscular de uno en uno, con una fase de relajaci\u00f3n intermedia en la que se libera la tensi\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLos profesionales de la salud han usado la RMP en combinaci\u00f3n con otras terapias est\u00e1ndar para el alivio sintom\u00e1tico de una serie de enfermedades, incluidos los dolores de cabeza, los dolores del c\u00e1ncer, la hipertensi\u00f3n y los trastornos digestivos.<br \/>\nLa t\u00e9cnica fue descrita por Edmund Jacobson en los a\u00f1os 30 y se basa en la premisa de que la calma mental es un resultado natural de la relajaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<br \/>\nLa RMP la puede aprender cualquiera y apenas requiere de 10 a 20 minutos al d\u00eda de pr\u00e1ctica.<br \/>\nSe recomienda contraer y relajar los grupos musculares de uno en uno y en un orden espec\u00edfico, que suele comenzar con las extremidades inferiores y acabar con la cara, el abdomen y el pecho.<br \/>\nLa t\u00e9cnica se puede practicar sentado o tumbado y se debe procurar llevar ropa c\u00f3moda y estar en un lugar tranquilo, libre de toda distracci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nPasos para la realizaci\u00f3n de la relajaci\u00f3n muscular progresiva:<br \/>\n1. Mientras se inhala, contraer un grupo muscular (por ejemplo, la parte superior de los muslos) de cinco a 10 segundos.<br \/>\n2. Luego, exhalar y liberar, de pronto, la tensi\u00f3n en dicho grupo muscular.<br \/>\n3. Esperar unos 10-20 segundos para relajarnos y, a continuaci\u00f3n, pasar al siguiente grupo muscular (por ejemplo, los gl\u00fateos).<br \/>\n4. Al aflojar la tensi\u00f3n, tratar de concentrarse en los cambios que se sienten cuando se relaja el grupo muscular. La imaginaci\u00f3n puede ser \u00fatil combinada con la liberaci\u00f3n de la tensi\u00f3n, por ejemplo, podemos imaginarnos que los sentimientos de estr\u00e9s fluyen hacia el exterior de nuestro cuerpo mientras relajamos cada grupo muscular.<br \/>\n5.
